Anyone who owns or operates a restaurant, cafe, bar, winery, bakery or takeaway establishment is welcome to list their venue with KFS.
Listing owners are able to choose the amount of information they wish to display about their venues
2Reviews
Anyone who has visited a venue listed on KFS is more that welcome to write a review and share their experiences with the world.
The reviews you write are able to be seen by all visitors to the site. Your real name is not displayed with your review only your KFS username.
Yes you can. We like to hear about you experiences whether they are good or bad. However please be honest and factual about you experience though so that the information you provide can be of use to others.
If you feel more comfortable, some listings allow you to send your comments/suggestions directly to the listing owner without those comments being shown on KFS.
We reserve the right to remove any reviews that we believe have breached the review standards set out in the Knife Fork & Spoon terms and conditions. However this does not happen very often and normally the reviewer will be given the opportunity to amend their comments before it is removed.
No Problem. Just send us the contact details for the venue and we will get it organised for you.
All reviews on KFS have a link on them that allows you to report reviews that you find offensive or you believe aren't in the spirit of KFS. The KFS team of moderators can then examine the review and act accordingly.
The KFS moderators will not act on reports about reviews simply because the user did not agree with the comments made in the review.
3User Accounts
Select the profile tab of your My KFS page and follow the 'change password' link there. You will be prompted to enter your old and password and confirm your new password.
We require all our members operate only one KFS user account. This is so our members can be assured that reviews are ratings are done fairly and honestly, and so that every members contribution is equal.
When one of our routine checks finds an individual person having multiple user accounts, those accounts are removed along with their reviews and ratings.
